In partnership with , and the , Âé¶¹ÉçÇø will host the Sustainable Cash Management for SMES: Reducing Complexity and Maximising Profit seminar.
This free seminar will explain how to maximise profit from revenue by examining simple and sustainable cash management systems that can be easily implemented into businesses, ensuring solid profitability. This is an essential session for SMES, especially given that 82% of small businesses fail within 5 years due to cash flow problems and lack of financial management.
Dean of the School of Business, Dr Stefano Cavagnetto will be presenting on micro economic systems in the current environment. He will also speak about liquidity management and the importance of proper cash flow management for business.
In part two Roberto Di Cursi from Luca Prague will present along with Veronika Ivanová Fárková who will explain the Profit First cash flow management system that has been newly introduced into the Czech Republic.
A Q&A session will then follow along with networking and refreshments.
